WaaPY – WhatsApp Broadcast, Automation, Notification & Customer Service Software
Run WhatsApp the way a serious business should. WaaPY gives you the official WhatsApp Business API with a shared team inbox, an AI chatbot connected to your own data, approved-template broadcasts, WhatsApp voice calling, ticketing and CRM — in the same platform that runs your Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and Telegram conversations.
Meta Business Partner. Official API. No phone passed around the office, no personal numbers, no lost chats when a staff member leaves.
Most businesses start on the free WhatsApp Business app. It works until the business grows — and then it becomes the bottleneck.
The WhatsApp Business API — now called the WhatsApp Business Platform — removes those limits. But the API is infrastructure, not software: no inbox, no chatbot, no reporting of its own. WaaPY is the platform that sits on top of it.

WhatsApp Business App vs WhatsApp Business API on WaaPY
Every agent works the same WhatsApp number from their own login. Assign conversations by person, department or branch, add internal notes, transfer chats mid-conversation, and restrict visibility with access-level controls so complaints, payments and VIP accounts stay with the right people.
The WaaPY AI chatbot is not a keyword menu. It connects to your databases, CRM, product catalogue and APIs, so it can answer with live stock, real pricing, order status, booking availability and eligibility checks. It reads images, understands voice notes, replies in your customer's language, runs 24/7, and hands over to a human agent with the full context attached.
Send promotions, launches, reminders and re-engagement campaigns to opted-in customers using Meta-approved message templates. Personalise with variables, segment by labels and contact fields, schedule the send, control the sending interval, and track delivery and replies. Replies land straight back in the shared inbox as conversations.
Customers can call your WhatsApp business number and your agents answer from the WaaPY dashboard — no personal phone, no desk handset. Each agent gets their own extension, calls are routed with access control, and call activity sits beside the chat history on the same customer record. Business-initiated calls are supported where the customer has granted call permission, in line with Meta's rules.
Order confirmations, delivery updates, appointment reminders, payment receipts and OTPs sent as utility and authentication templates — triggered automatically from your systems through n8n or the WaaPY API.
Conversations started from Click-to-WhatsApp ads land in the inbox with their campaign source, get qualified by the AI chatbot, and are routed to the right salesperson while intent is still high.
Every conversation becomes a trackable ticket with owner, status, labels and history. At the end of the day you know exactly what is still open and who owns it.
Contact profiles with custom fields, tags and full conversation history — merged with the same customer's Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and Telegram history. Dashboards cover volume, first-response time, resolution rate, campaign performance and agent workload.
Connect WhatsApp to your CRM, ERP, e-commerce store, booking system, Google Sheets or PBX. Build flows visually in n8n or work directly against the WaaPY API, with development support available for custom integrations.
WhatsApp is the most powerful business messaging channel in Southeast Asia, and the most tightly governed. Understanding the messaging window, template categories and Meta's pricing is the difference between a channel that pays for itself and a bill that surprises you.

WhatsApp Business API message types and rules
Meta charges per delivered template message, priced by category — marketing, utility, authentication — and by the recipient's country. Marketing is the most expensive category; utility and authentication are far cheaper.
Instagram is a conversation channel, not a blasting channel. WaaPY's job is to make sure every conversation you legitimately open is answered fast, tracked properly, and converted — and to send your bulk campaigns down the channel that is actually built for them. Service bookings, stock checks, quotations and reminder campaigns.
Eligibility screening, document collection and appointment scheduling with an audit trail.

Example — wholesale supplier: a dealer scans a QR code on an invoice → the bot verifies the dealer and sends the live price list → a reorder flow opens in chat. Outcome: reorders placed without a sales call.
Instagram messaging is governed by Meta's platform policy. Most businesses discover these rules the hard way, after a failed send or a restricted account.
A customer who DMs you on Instagram today and messages your WhatsApp number next week is one contact with one history — not two disconnected conversations in two apps. See all WaaPY features
The WhatsApp Business API, now called the WhatsApp Business Platform, is Meta’s official interface for medium and large businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale. It has no inbox of its own, so businesses use a platform such as WaaPY to get a shared inbox, chatbot, broadcasts, reporting and integrations on top of it.
The app is designed for one person on one phone. The API supports unlimited agents, automation, broadcasts to any opted-in customer via approved templates, CRM integration and reporting. WaaPY provides that API with a full platform on top.
Meta charges per delivered template message, based on category — marketing, utility or authentication — and the recipient’s country. From 1 October 2026, Meta has announced charges for service messages and in-window utility templates beyond a monthly free allowance. WaaPY’s platform fee is separate from Meta’s message fees.
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens in which you can reply with free-form messages. Outside that window you must use a Meta-approved template. WaaPY shows the window status on every conversation.
Yes. Customers can call your WhatsApp business number and agents answer from the WaaPY dashboard in the browser, each on their own extension. Business-initiated calls are possible after the customer grants call permission.
Usually yes. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app can be migrated to the API, though it can then no longer be used in the app itself. WaaPY guides you through the migration during onboarding.
Yes. WaaPY is an omnichannel platform — one inbox, one contact record, one AI layer, one ticketing system and one set of reports across every connected channel.
WaaPY is a Meta Business Partner and runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, so your account operates within Meta’s policies rather than through unofficial workarounds that risk a ban.
