Our refund policy for the SaaS platform is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our service. To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
The request for a refund must be made within 15 days of making the initial subscription payment.
We urge our customers to fully utilize the trial period to determine whether our platform meets their needs, as our post-trial refund policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and clarity in our service agreement.

- Upon payment of the subscription, we will promptly create your online software account (Waapy Chat and/or Waapy Engage). You will have a comprehensive 15-day trial period to evaluate the platform. If you are not satisfied during this trial period, you may request a refund. Please be aware that requesting refund post-trial will not be entertained as the trial period is intended for assessing the platform’s suitability for your needs.
- Upon meeting these conditions, a refund request can be initiated. The processing time for refunds usually ranges from 1-5 business days, but in some instances, it could take up to seven business days. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your card. The duration for the credited amount to appear in your card account may vary, depending on your card provider’s policies.

Customer understands that Personal Data, including of Administrative Users, Customer’s Client and Chat Participants, will be treated in accordance with Waapy’s privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement.
